Refund and Cancellation Policy

(for Courses, Workshops, Seminars)

At EcoArcis, we are committed to providing valuable educational experiences. Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds.

1. Course / Workshop / Seminar Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@ecoarcis.com.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹1000.
  • Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date or for no-shows.

2. Transfer of Enrollment

  • Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session (if available) at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval.
  • A small administrative fee (₹500) may apply for each transfer.

3. Course / Workshop Cancellation by EcoArcis

EcoArcis reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone a course/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness).

In the event of cancellation by us, participants will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Transfer to a future session at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Courses, recorded webinars, or materials already accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.
  • Any course marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase is not eligible for a refund.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand life happens. If you experience exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), please contact us with documentation, and we will review refund or transfer options on a case-by-case basis.
